    • In your notebook, take a few notes on how to identify the tone of a reading passage.

  • POL Tone Mapping
    • Copy the POL Tone Map from the RWWS shared folder --> Poetry folder --> Poetry Out Loud folder
    • Save this document in your RWWS folder --> Poetry, and title it "POL Tone Map"
    • In the LEFT column, type your poem line by line into the blocks
    • In the MIDDLE column, you will complete the tone map just like we did with "Jenny Kissed Me"
      • Hint: Use the tone lists in the folder (or on the tone map link on this wiki) available to you- make sure to look up nuances between words to pick the correct word!
    • In the RIGHT column, describe why you selected that tone word for each line.
